At Pop Collectibles, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. If your collectible arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, our team is here to ensure a smooth resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and clear photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Carefully place the item back into its original shipping box with all protective padding to prevent any damage during the return transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned collectible, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
